An anonymised scan and the report
Export the scan with your CBCT software's anonymise option, and send the report or diagnosis with the name taken off. Use any secure file link your clinic already trusts.
We check the file again
Any identifying details left in the scan file's hidden fields are removed as soon as it arrives. Only the bone and teeth are rebuilt in 3D: no face, no skin, no photos.
Deleted 30 days after delivery
The scan is used for that one film and nothing else. We keep it for 30 days after you receive the film, so we can make any change you ask for, and then delete it.
No name, no face, no dates
No name, date of birth, patient number, scan date or face. Only the anatomy and the findings in your report, with a clear "Not medical advice" note.
Nothing goes to a patient until you approve it.

Export the scan with your software's anonymise option (DICOM, the standard format your scanner saves). Send it with the report, name taken off, by any secure file link you choose.
We make the film
The 3D model, the labels, the movement and the music, in your brand and in the patient's language.
You approve it and send it
Check it and ask for any change. Then it is yours to show in the chair and send to the patient's phone.

Does the film give a diagnosis?
No. It shows only what your report says, in plain words and pictures. Every film says "Not medical advice", and the diagnosis and treatment stay yours.
What do you need from us?
One anonymised scan and the report or diagnosis, with the patient's name taken off. Your logo and brand colours too, so the film is made in your brand.
Do you need the patient's name?
No. We never need to know who the patient is. Export the scan with your software's anonymise option, and we remove any details left in the file as soon as it arrives.
Will patients know you made it?
No. The film is white label: your colours, your logo, your clinic's name. It looks as if your own team made it.
