Question 1

Do I need to book a call first?

Accepted Answer

No, message us on WhatsApp with your logo, your colours and a few photos, and we take it from there.

Question 2

How long does it take?

Accepted Answer

Usually about three days, always live within seven. Our first client put it best in his public review: “He was very quick at this and got my entire website up and running in just a couple of days, I had a few tweaks to it and then were resolved the same day.”

Question 3

Do I need a contract?

Accepted Answer

No long contract. £299 a month, cancel any time, no minimum term.

Question 4

What do you need from me?

Accepted Answer

Your logo, your brand colours and a few photos of your work, sent over WhatsApp.

Question 5

Why do you need ID for the phone number?

Accepted Answer

UK phone numbers legally require a photo ID and a utility bill to set up, it is a regulatory requirement, not something we ask for ourselves.

Question 6

Will the AI sound robotic to my customers?

Accepted Answer

No, it is built from your own business details and answers about your actual services, prices and towns.

Question 7

What if it doesn't know the answer?

Accepted Answer

It never makes things up. If a caller asks something it hasn't been told, it takes their name and number and says you'll ring back. It only ever quotes prices you have given it.

Question 8

Do I have to change my number?

Accepted Answer

No. Your mobile stays exactly as it is. You get a separate business number for your website, your van and Google, and the receptionist answers that one.

Question 9

What happens if I cancel?

Accepted Answer

Your domain is yours and stays yours. We export the code of your site and hand it to you, so you're never starting from nothing. The business number and the receptionist stop with the subscription.

Question 10

Which app will I use?

Accepted Answer

The LeadConnector app, free on iPhone and Android. Every call, text and chat lands there with the whole conversation, and you reply from it. We show you where everything is at launch.

Question 11

Can I hear it before I sign up?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Ring the demo line on 07915 904711. Tell it your trade and it answers as if it were your business, then texts you what it took down.

Question 12

Do you work with trades other than electricians?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Electricians, plumbers and heating engineers, roofers, builders, landscapers, scaffolders, plasterers, decorators, locksmiths, cleaners and more. Same system, your trade's wording.

Question 13

Do I own the website?

Accepted Answer

Yes, it is built on your own domain and stays yours.

Question 14

What if I am not happy with it?

Accepted Answer

Message us and we will sort it, one change is included every month after launch.

Question 15

Do I have to take a new business number?

Accepted Answer

No. The full system at £299 a month includes your own business number with a receptionist that answers every call, 24/7, and texts back anything it misses. If you would rather carry on answering your own phone, there is a version at £249 a month with the website, the chat box, your reviews shown properly and the Google work, and no new number. Everything else is the same.

Question 16

Can I have just the phone answering, without the website?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The receptionist on its own is £99 a month: your own business number, every call answered 24/7, and the caller's name, number and job sent straight to your phone by text and email. No website, one flat monthly price, cancel any time. You still send ID and proof of address for the number, because the phone regulator requires it.

Question 17

Can I pay for the year up front?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Ten months up front covers twelve: £2,990 for the full system or £990 for the receptionist on its own. Pay by card, same as the monthly.
