Do I need to book a call first?
No. Message us on WhatsApp with your logo, your colours and a few photos, and we take it from there.
How long does it take?
Usually about three days. Always live within seven.
Do I need a contract?
No long contract. £299 a month, cancel any time, no minimum term.
What do you need from me?
Your logo, your brand colours and a few photos of your work, sent over WhatsApp.
Why do you need ID for the phone number?
UK phone numbers legally require a photo ID and a utility bill to set up. It is a regulatory requirement, not something we ask for ourselves.
Will the AI sound robotic to my customers?
No. Voice AI in 2026 sounds like a real person on the phone, not the robotic menu system you're picturing. It's built from your own business, so it answers about your services, your prices and your towns rather than talking in general terms, takes the name, the number and the job, and passes it to you. It never pretends to be you, and it never quotes a price you haven't given it.
Do I own the website?
The domain is yours and stays yours if you ever cancel. The site itself runs on our system as part of the £299 a month, the same way you don't own the app because you've got an account with it, so you're not taking the build elsewhere while you're a client. If you do leave, we export the actual code of your site and hand it to you, so you're never starting from nothing.
What if I am not happy with it?
Message us and we will sort it, one change is included every month after launch.
