It never makes things up. If a caller asks something it hasn't been told, it takes their name and number and says you'll ring back. It only ever quotes prices you have given it.

No. Your mobile stays exactly as it is. You get a separate business number for your website, your van and Google, and the receptionist answers that one.

If you would rather carry on answering your own phone, there is a version at £249 a month with the website, the chat box, your reviews shown properly and the Google work, and no new number. Everything else is the same.

Can I have just the phone answering, without the website?

Yes. The receptionist on its own is £99 a month: your own business number, every call answered 24/7, and the caller's name, number and job sent straight to your phone by text and email. No website, one flat monthly price, cancel any time. You still send ID and proof of address for the number, because the phone regulator requires it.

Can I pay for the year up front?

Yes. Ten months up front covers twelve: £2,990 for the full system or £990 for the receptionist on its own. Pay by card, same as the monthly.
